In Germany, the use of stainless steel reinforcement is stipulated by the Centre of Competence for Construction (DIBt) in Berlin in most areas and therefore requires national technical approval. That is why manufacturers of stainless steel reinforcement have to prove through corresponding certificate of compliance that they fulfill the requirements of national technical approval. This includes the manufacturing process, the self-monitoring as wells as the monitoring by the material testing office NRW.
Production and Availability
We are manufacturer of cold-worked, stainless reinforcing steel and maintain our own machine park at our facilities in Kamp-Lintfort, Western Germany. Here we carry out almost all production steps ourselves.
As first and basic production step wire rod is drawn through cassetts mounted with textured rolls - in doing so cold-worked reinforcement steel with the typical ribs is created. Afterwards - dependig on the desired product - the reinforcement steel is coiled up on our winder or processed into bars or bent parts on our straightening machines and bending machines. In addition, we have smaller mesh welding systems with which we manufacture stainless steel meshes for car park construction and, on a smaller scale, special meshes.
